The sushi rolls are absolutely memorable treats with excellent quality. Sushi Garden is committed to quality by having ingredients delivered fresh every morning, in small batches. Mr. Akai must get first pick, especially when it comes to seafood.

The menu follows typical Japanese food fare. There are entrees of sushi and sashimi with Sushi Garden’s typical twists and unique naming styles. There are also non-sushi options like beef or chicken teriyaki, pork katsu, fried shrimp, and baked salmon.

However, the magic happens at the bar where all the sushi orders are prepared. Taking a seat there gives you the ability to talk with the chefs. From there you can ask them to create something special; something not on the menu. This allows Akai and his chefs to unleash their creative potential and create something truly special.
